Once an installation contract is signed with our company the next phase of our relationship begins. We have a full time Project Director that will oversee and professionally manage all details of your landscape installation. Our Project Director will become your direct contact and will see to it that your project stays on track while helping to solve any obstacles that may arise during the installation. Our retail store is our supplier; therefore we leverage our buying power to offer you the best value on all of the materials and supplies used for your installation. We ensure that all of the products we install are of professional grade and field tested to withstand our harsh Minnesota climate. During this process, each installation team is guided by a Lead Technician that is on your project site every day that we are on your property. Our teams of Technicians take special care to leave your place looking neat and clean before going home at the end of each work day. At the close of each installation project, we request a final walkthrough between you and our installation team to ensure that we have completed every detail to your expectations. After all of the final details are complete, the limited warranty on your installation begins.
