BASIC LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PACKAGE
Scenic Specialties is now offering landscape maintenance services. For most homes we suggest the following visits by our maintenance team:
April / May Our maintenance team will provide up to 6 hours of on site services. We will provide pruning of landscape plants, planting bed cleanup, fertilizing, weed control & preparation for the season. We will gladly provide other services such as mulching or pond cleanouts for an additional fee.
June, July, August, September: Twice a month our maintenance team will provide up to 2 hours of on site services. We will provide deadheading & appropriate pruning of landscape plants, along with weed control in planting beds.
October: Our maintenance team will provide up to 4 hours of on site services. We will perform major pruning of landscape plants & weeding of planting beds. Services such as fall cleanups and fountain storage are available for an additional fee.
The Basic Maintenance Package is our minimum maintenance program that we offer. We believe we can keep most yards looking great within this schedule.
Our charge for the work listed above would be $1,800.00 for the season (including usual debris disposal). We would like to stop by to look at your yard and propose additional services or customize another package over and above our Basic Maintenance Package at your request.
